    How do I place an order for glasses?

    You can browse our collection, choose a frame, and select lens options like prescription, blue light filter, or tinted lenses. Once selected, add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.

    Can I add my prescription to the order?

    Yes, during checkout you'll be asked to upload your prescription or enter the details manually. Make sure your prescription is clear and includes PD (pupillary distance) if available.

    How long does it take to receive my order?

    Frame-only orders are usually shipped within 2–3 business days. Orders with prescription lenses may take 5–7 business days to process before shipping. Delivery time depends on your location.

    Can I return or exchange my glasses?

    Yes, you can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery if they're unused and in original condition. Prescription lenses are non-refundable, but we may offer a partial refund on the frame.

    Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

    Currently, we do not offer cash on delivery. All payments must be made securely online via our supported payment methods.

    What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

    Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on our return policy.
