This policy outlines how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for purchases made through the Hub of Frames app and website (https://optical.pepytech.com).
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not already been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately.
Custom or prescription lens orders may not be eligible for cancellation once processing has started, as these are made specifically for each customer.
We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Used or damaged products will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please email support@optical.pepytech.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address if applicable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or replacement as applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Frames with prescription lenses are not eligible for full refunds, but you may be eligible for a partial refund for the frame portion if returned in original condition.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our return policy conditions or is sent without prior communication.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
